Women's healing series
This 8-week yoga journey supports trauma survivors to come out of freeze, fight and flight and to enter a more empowered relationship with themselves. Through the healing practice of Trauma Sensitive Yoga, you will be invited to feel your own body, make choices on your mat and gain agency and control.
