Hi, I'm Kelsey, a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
If you are sick of feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck and depressed...
If you have negative or less-than-kind thoughts about yourself...
If you feel disconnected from your body...
If you wish it would all just stop so you could take a breath...
...I may be able to help you.
I help women to reduce their trauma responses through the healing practice of Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
I love supporting women to grow confidence, connect to their bodies and become more precious to themselves.
If you are yearning to feel more safe and in control in your life, you are in the right place.
